Informational Meeting Registration Form

All students and parents interested in long-term outbound opportunities for the 2009-10 year will be invited to attend one of a series of meetings scheduled around the region in the fall. These informational meetings will usually be held in the evening, and will last approximately two hours, including time for any questions.  Please register using the form below, and indicate which meeting you wish to attend. A confirming e-mail will be sent to you.

The Rotary Youth Exchange application form does not have to be completed before these meetings, but if you wish to get started on it, feel free to do so. Follow this link for the Rotary Youth Exchange Application. You will need to submit five complete copies of the Application Form (all with original signatures). The final deadline for applications to be submitted to your regional District Youth Exchange Committee will be in November, but local clubs may set an earlier deadline to interview their own candidates. Check with your local club to be sure.
