"It's a Small World After All!"

Rotary Youth Exchange Florida is pleased to invite our colleagues from around North America to join us for four magical days at Walt Disney World in Orlando. This invitation is for inbound Rotary exchange students and Rotary chaperones, and we hope to have many, many students join our Florida inbounds for this special opportunity. Here are the details:

Dates: Thursday December 8  through Sunday December 11, 2011
Price: $315 per student, quad accommodations*
  $365 per chaperone, double accommodations*
Includes: 3 nights lodging at Disney All-Star Resort Hotel (on WDW property)
4-day Walt Disney World ticket - admission to all four Disney theme parks
Special Disney Y.E.S. (Youth Education Series) program
Our own Epcot IllumiNations dinner, and more

*If additional nights of lodging are required, for a Wednesday arrival or Monday departure, add $95 per room per night.

The Fine Print:

All students must be accompanied by Rotary chaperones from their host districts. We require a minimum of one chaperone for every 5-10 students.

Space is limited. Tentative reservations must be made by May 15, accompanied by a deposit of $50 per person. Reservations after May 15 will be accepted on a space-available basis. Deposits are fully refundable up until September 15. Full payment is required by September 30. Refunds after that date will be based on Disney policy.

For more information or reservations, please contact RYE-Florida Chairman Al Kalter, al@ryeflorida.org.
