In early August, after a 3-day trip, finally I arrived to Jacksonville. I was very tired but also very excited, because I would meet my first family and some members of the Rotary Club.

Now (after 6 weeks) I can say that I am very happy being here, because I have been many places like St. Augustine, The Kennedy Space Center, Fernandina Beach, Alligator Farm, Ichetucknee River, SCHOOL, etc. In every place I've been, I had a unique experience that I will never forget, especially in school (cultural shock).

And the most important thing is that I have made a lot of new friends in school and out of it. And despite all the sad news of the last days, I am very glad of being here.

I am sure that this will be the best year of my life and the funnest, too!!!
