Leandro's Bio

Hi there! My name is Leandro Billan, but I go by Leo for short. I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina, a big city in the east of the country, with near 6 million people living there. I'm currently in Jacksonville, a big, "green" city in the north-east part of the Florida state. It's very beautiful and a lot different from home (think of Buenos Aires as of New York City), so that's why I like here so much.

I'll be attending Sandalwood High School, as a Junior (11th), taking classes like American History or Religion, to study different aspects of the "American Way of Life". As an Exchange Student, I hope to have the opportunity to experience what means to be an American, studying as an American boy, living as a member of an American family (maybe being called "son"?). And, the most important, to HAVE FUN! I'm really excited about this big adventure, and proud to be here, in USA, in Florida, in Jacksonville... in Rotary.
