Luise's Bio

Hello,
my Name is Luise Friedrich. I'm from Hagen, in Germany. It's near to Cologne. I'm 16 years old, I have two brothers, they are 13(twins) and I really have fun with them all the time we are together. I have a older sister ,too. But she is more like a good friend then a sister, and I miss the things we always done together.

In Germany my friends and me love to talk to each other and go to movies, we cooked together and laugh a lot. I always had fun with them, and I hope I find friends like them in the US.
I really love America, it so big and full of different cultures. The weather in Florida is so beautiful, and I love to live near to the ocean.

I love to go to the beach, an in my free time I play soccer here. Here I'm in my first play, "finding nemo".
I love the American people, everybody is so friendly and nice. And the American food is wonderful.
I will say thank you Rotary for the great chance I get. Thank you that I can be here and live my dream.

I'm here 4 month now and the time is flying. I can't believe that it's almost Christmas! The weather ist really confusing, normlay it's snowing now in Germany!

I can say i leaned a lot in the last 4 month, my english is getting better (it's still not perfect), i saw a lot of exciting things, and i learn more about the american clture!

The best thing was the Trip to Disney World in Orlando with all the other Exchange Students! It was so good to meet them again and talk to people who feel the same like you! And i love Disney World, it so cute and awesome, with all the little shops and the rides!

I like my school, because I just have a lot of fun classes, like Drama and Culinary. After school i do Weightlifting with my hostsister and swiming, but I just started so I'm not really good at it!

I really like my second hostfamily because i have two sisters, they're 17 and 15, and one brother,he is 12, andit's so much fun to live with them.
I really enyoing it to be here!
