Nary's Bio

Hello, My name is Naruha Nishizaki and I am from Japan.
I am living in Florida right now. I like Florida. I celebrated my 17th birthday in the United States of America In Japan, our friends wish us 'Happy Birthday' in school and sometimes, we even exchange gifts. But we only have a celebration at home, with our families present. My host family gave me a party for my Birthday and it was very exciting. This was the very first time I have ever had a big party that was just for me. I met alot of new people. There were Rotarians from my Host Club and the exchange students in my district came. My friends from my High School came, as well. I had a very good time.
American life is so different, for example, the food. In Japan, my breakfast is rice and miso soup and natto. In American, cereal bread and my favorite, donuts!! It is very different, but I enjoy a lot.
Even though English is difficult for me, I am learning to communicate better every day. I am learning so much about America, especially in my American History class, that I want to tell everyone about Japan, too. I need to speak English fluently to be able to do that, so I am working very hard to learn as fast as I can.
It has been 1 month since I came to Florida. I am having a very good time, every day. This is because everyone is helping and supporting me in everything I do or try. I want to Thank everyone who is supporting me, very much.
I want to live a full and exciting life.
Coming to America is a good place to start!!!
