Vici's Bio

Hello my name is Vici and I'm from a small town outside of Bremen, Germany.
I am 15 years-old and turn to 16 in November. I have four siblings; one 16 year-old bother, a 14 year-old sister, a two brothers ages 1 and 3 years old. I have a dog and her name is Kito.

In my free time, I like to play volleyball, tennis, go jogging or just hang out with my friends. I also love to play the piano. I take lessons once a week and play in a small band with my friends.

My favorite subject in school is Science. I like it because it's logical and proven.

I wanted to do this exchange program because I experience a new country, see many different places, meet nice new people and learn about a different culture.

I hope at the end of the year I will speak English fluently, have made many new friends and maybe also tell them a bit about my home country.

Now I'm already in the Florida Keys and I'm so lucky to be here with a nice family. I've been here for two weeks and already have a few friends at the school. I hope that I can learn how to dive because my family goes scuba diving a lot.

Of course I miss my family, but I know that I will see them in a year and I don't want to waste time being homesick.
