Bonjour! My name is Jeff Zimmerman, I am 16 and I am currently a sophomore at Pompano Beach High School. Soon I will be going to the fantastic country of France! Right now, my hobbies include playing the saxophone, baseball, and running. I am involved in both the jazz band and concert band. I love to meet new people, try new things, and doing fun activities.
What I love to do most is travel. I love to see new people and make exciting experiences. I have been to almost everywhere in America, but I have never been outside the country, which is one of the reasons I am so excited to go to France. My family and friends are very important to me. I have two brothers, and neither of them live in the house. I am the last child left in the house, so when I leave My parents will miss me terribly. My friends also tell me that they will miss me, even though I keep telling them it's only for one year! When I have free time from my packed schedule of jazz band, French club, Interact club, concert band, and sports, I like to hang out with my friends. We go to the movies, play football, go boating, and play videogames. I also like to play the saxophone. I like to play jazz, and have gone to the all-state Florida jazz competition to play with the best musicians in the state. I still can't believe that I have been selected for this fantastic program and I can't wait to spend a year in France! I am very excited and I know that this will be the best year of my life. |
